Terms of Service

By ordering a website through OrderMySite ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms. If you have any questions, contact us at francismwaka99@gmail.com.

1. Services Provided

OrderMySite designs and builds custom websites based on the package selected at checkout (Starter, Standard, or Pro). Exact features and pages included are outlined at the time of order and confirmed with the client before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery, before final files/hosting access are handed over.
• Accepted payment methods: MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Equity Bank.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds:

• Starter: 1 revision round
• Standard: 2 revision rounds
• Pro: 3 revision rounds

A "revision round" means one round of client feedback and corresponding changes. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed separately at a flat rate, to be agreed upon before extra work begins.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the start of the project. Timelines depend on timely client input - if a client is slow to provide necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.), the project timeline pauses accordingly and resumes once the content is received, with no penalty to the client.

5. Refund Policy

• Full refund if the client cancels before any work has begun.
• Partial refund (50% of amount paid) if the client cancels after work has started but before delivery.
• No refund once the completed website has been delivered.

6. Ownership & Licensing

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website, including its content and any custom branding. OrderMySite retains the right to:

• Showcase the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials
• Reuse general design patterns, layouts, or code techniques developed during the project for future client work (excluding the client's specific content, branding, or proprietary business information)

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements and timely content (text, images, logos) needed to complete the build. Delays caused by missing client input may affect delivery timelines as outlined in Section 4.

8. Limitation of Liability

OrderMySite is not responsible for outages, downtime, or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., domain registrars, hosting providers, payment processors) outside of our direct control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement in writing. Refunds upon termination follow the policy outlined in Section 5.
