What's New

Version 1.0.22

Show

Released October 2026

New

  • Dashboard views for the head teacher, bursar, registrar and teacher, a Today board (who is absent, registers not taken, lessons needing cover, fees received), shared to-do lists, and attendance, fee and marks trends against targets you set.
  • Grades: see which exams still have marks missing, schedule the exam timetable with clash warnings, sign off marks from draft to approved, analyse results (subject averages, grade spread, who dropped), fill report card comments for a class from a bank, and print a whole class of report cards as one PDF.
  • Admissions: a printable application form, a checklist of papers with scans that move to the learner record, entrance test ranking, offers with a deadline and deposit that lapse by themselves, and free places less offers already made.
  • Announcements by SMS to parents of a class, boarders, a bus route, parents with unpaid fees or staff, scheduled and expiring notices, read confirmation, a school calendar, and an emergency message to everyone.
  • Verify Document checks any code in one box (report cards, transcripts, letters, certificates, minutes, staff letters), keeps a check log with a monthly summary, and cancels all of a learner's documents at once.
  • Classes, Reports, Transport and Dormitories: capacity warnings, stream balancing, prefects, printable class sheets, build-your-own reports, term comparison and the annual return, vehicle paper dates and fuel costs, a bus register that alerts parents, and boarding roll call, exeats and inspections.
  • Students, Parents, Staff, Subjects and Committees: health and confidential notes, guardian rules (who may collect a child), contracts and appraisals with pay details kept apart, what each class takes and who teaches it, and committee meetings with minutes and resolutions.
  • Finance and Expenses: payment plans, daily cash close, refunds that need a second person, budgets, suppliers, receipt photos and spending requests.

Fixed

  • Fee, income and campus figures are now shown only to people with Finance or committee access, and transport running costs, cancelling a learner's documents and the admission papers list each need their own permission.
  • Several fields that stretched across a whole row (such as grade bands and year pickers) now keep a sensible width.
